1. App Overview

Energi allows users to identify and log food using AI, track how meals affect their energy levels, and receive personalised advice. The app provides informational and educational content only, and is not a substitute for professional medical, dietary, or nutritional advice.

2. Subscription & Billing

• We offer a 7-day free trial followed by a paid subscription via Apple's in-app purchase system.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your iPhone settings.
• No refunds are offered for unused time once a subscription is active.

3. Use Restrictions

You may not:

• Resell or redistribute content generated by the app
• Use the app for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes
• Attempt to reverse engineer, tamper with, or misuse the service

4. Disclaimer

All content is for informational and educational purposes only. Energi does not guarantee results and is not liable for any health outcomes, dietary decisions, or other consequences from using the app. Always consult a healthcare professional for medical or nutritional concerns.

5. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, content, and code in the app are owned by us or licensed to us. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the app if you violate these terms or use the service inappropriately.
